Returns
Return Requirements and Instructions
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt to be issued store credit. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used or the 14 days have passed.
We offer returns on all orders pending the item is still in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, or is defective merchandise.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it will be considered wear and tear and you will not be eligible for a return. Once notified of the damage we will send you a replacement and cover all shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling on non-defective returns.
All returns must have a return authorization number. Returns without a RA number may be refused. Please contact us at sunupsisters@gmail.com for this number.
If you are shipping an item valued at $50 or more you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If you are approved, we will then send you your store credit.
We do not offer exchanges. Returns will be issued Sun Up Sisters store credit.
All sale and clearance items will always be FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. This also includes any items purchased at a sale price and during any online promotion.
